It's really sad when you see someone, no matter what their status in life, go to extreme measures with plastic surgery to transform themselves into a whole, completely different existence! Rupert, as we once knew him, was such a stylish, distinguished, handsome gentleman who unfortunately has crumbled in and let society's artificial substance take the better of him!
